Her legal expertise, especially in Environmental and Earth Law, has been a powerful tool in her fight for equal rights and environmental protection. Through her work, Nicole has become a strong voice for underserved communities, ensuring that everyone has access to fair representation and opportunity.

A mother and long-time resident of the area, Nicole is deeply rooted in the values of her community. Her hands-on approach, collaborative spirit, and dedication to protecting District 1’s unique character make her a standout leader. By prioritizing long-term sustainability over short-term gains, Nicole Wilson has ensured a legacy of responsible governance, environmental protection, and inclusive growth.
Originally from Gainesville, Florida, Nicole moved to Central Florida over two decades ago. Nicole earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Services from Mercer University and a law degree from Barry University, specializing in Environmental and Earth Law.

Nicole served as the Lake Whitney PTO President and later as a board member of the West Orange High School PTSO, all while pursuing her law degree. Her dedication to both her family and community reflects her deep roots in the area and her commitment to building a better future for her neighbors.
Grassroots Leadership and Four Years of Accomplishments
Elected in 2020, Nicole’s grassroots campaign focused on restoring trust in local government. Over the past four years, she has achieved significant milestones, including the Tree Protection and Wetland Conservation Ordinances, advancing smart growth policies, improving transportation safety through Vision Zero, and securing essential public services like new fire stations and parks.


Her leadership extends to addressing pressing community issues like healthcare access, homelessness, and infrastructure improvements. From securing funding for new fire stations and roadways to expanding parks and green spaces, Nicole has consistently focused on improving the quality of life for her constituents.
